The room here was a good size and brand-new, with free Wi-Fi and a comfortable couch that I found useful; the service was impeccable despite a few employees who were not very friendly.

The room I got was immaculate and well cleaned with the all-inclusive drinks. the location was great and amazing, adjacent to two waterfalls and families.

The location of the resort is absolutely amazing. The beach is pristine with warm blue waters and the perfect spot for snorkeling. We enjoyed taking walks along the beach and then grabbing a drink at the beach bar. The buffet hall had a wide variety of options and we especially loved the breakfast. The room we stayed in, Sunset Villa no. 450, had a stunning view and the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The resort lacked enough sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, leading to the issue of people reserving them and not using them.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort. The location was perfect, with stunning views from the Italian restaurant on top of the house reef. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and great service. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food. We enjoyed the watersports right on the shore line and the variety of facilities, including the pool and wildlife feeding experiences.

The bikes provided for guests were in poor condition, but overall the hotel was well-maintained.
